Northline Wealth Management, LLC is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your personal and financial information.  Our relationship with you is our most important asset.  We understand that you have entrusted us with your private financial information, and we are committed to protecting the highly confidential nature of our relationship.  As part of this commitment, we have adopted this Privacy Policy regarding the collection and disclosure of nonpublic information provided to us by Clients and prospective Clients.

This notice explains our policies and procedures regarding the collection, access and safeguarding of such nonpublic personal information, as required by the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act of 1999 and the Securities and Exchange Commission regulations.

How Northline Wealth Management, LLC Gathers Information:

We collect personal information in order to open and administer your accounts and to provide you with accurate and pertinent investment advice.  This includes information obtained from client agreements provided, whether in writing, in person, by telephone, electronically or by any other means.  This information may include name, address, phone number, email address, social security number, employment information, financial information, investment experience and financial goals.

How Your Information is Protected:

We restrict access to your personal and account information to employees, registered representatives, and affiliated third parties (such as financial service providers and custodians).  We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by law or upon client request and approval.  We do not provide your personally identifiable information to mailing list vendors or solicitors for any purpose.  Northline Wealth Management, LLC also maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.  Client records are maintained for as long as you are a client of Northline Wealth Management, LLC and for the necessary time thereafter that such records are required to be maintained by federal and state securities laws.  After this required period of retention, all such information will be destroyed.
